Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Plan, prepare, and deliver lessons in line with curriculum standards.
- Assess and monitor students’ progress.
- Maintain discipline and encourage positive behavior.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school management. Create an inclusive and supportive classroom environment.
Requirements:
- Minimum of NCE, B.Ed., for teaching roles.
- Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in a similar role.
- Strong classroom management and communication skills.
- Proficiency in the use of basic computer applications (Microsoft Word, Excel, etc.).
- Passion for teaching and child development.
- Good command of English (spoken and written).
- Ability to work as part of a team and independently.
- Must reside within or around Ogba/Aguda, Lagos (or be willing to relocate).
