- Manage, design, develop, create, and maintain construction projects ranging from small-scale to large-scale in a safe, timely, and sustainable manner.
- Conduct on-site investigations and analyze data, including maps, reports, tests, drawings, and other relevant materials.
- Carry out technical and feasibility studies, preparing blueprints that meet technical specifications.
- Assess potential risks, materials, and costs, providing advice and resolving issues or deficiencies creatively.
- Oversee and mentor workers while liaising with stakeholders to ensure project success, monitoring progress, and compiling project status reports. Requirements
- B.Eng or HND in Civil Engineering, or other related fields.
- Proficiency in design and analysis software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, or related tools.
- Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and communication skills.
- Strong knowledge of construction materials, methods, and standards.
