To provide strategic, operational, and administrative leadership for the Resource Centre, ensuring effective program delivery, optimal use of facilities, team supervision, and community engagement. The Centre Head is the overall leader responsible for advancing the Centre’s vision of fostering learning, digital inclusion, and community development.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary representative of the Centre to the community and external stakeholders.
- Develop and implement the Centre’s work plan in line with the organisation’s strategic goals.
- Identify and respond to local educational, digital, and youth development needs.
- Oversee all Centre programs to ensure relevance and quality.
- Supervise and support staff, including ICT trainers, librarian, admin officers, volunteers, and support staff.
- Coordinate staff schedules, assign tasks, and build a collaborative team culture.
- Organise performance evaluations, mentorship, and capacity-building sessions.
- Ensure smooth daily operations, including utilities, internet, equipment, and cleanliness.
- Oversee facility maintenance, procurement, and budgeting in coordination with senior management.
- Ensure safety, security, and a welcoming atmosphere for all users.
- Track program metrics, user engagement, and prepare regular progress reports.
- Ensure compliance with internal policies, donor requirements, and community expectations.
- Maintain accurate financial records and manage petty cash expenditures.
- Build strong relationships with community leaders, schools, youth groups, and local agencies.
- Promote participation in programs through outreach, advocacy, and local media.
Seek collaborative opportunities with local stakeholders and donors.
Requirements:
- At least 5 years of experience is required
- BSc. Degree in a relevant field of study
- This role is best suited for candidates who are willing and able to relocate to Irawo Owode, Atisbo LGA, along Saki Road, Oyo State, Nigeria, or currently reside within the surrounding environs.
