Job Description

Key Responsibilities
- Handle customer payments accurately using POS systems
- Issue receipts and balance the cash register at the end of each shift
- Provide excellent customer service with a warm and professional attitude
- Assist in managing orders and communicating with the kitchen team
- Maintain cleanliness and organization at the counter area.
Requirements
- Minimum of SSCE / OND qualification
- 1–2 years of experience in a similar role (hospitality or food service preferred)
- Basic math and computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and reliability
- Friendly and approachable personality
