Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Center Agent (Outbound), located in Ibadan. The agent will be responsible for making outbound calls to potential and existing customers, providing information about products and services, and handling customer inquiries. Day-to-day tasks include maintaining accurate call logs, meeting call targets, and contributing to the overall efficiency of the call center. The agent is also expected to provide excellent customer service and follow up on customer needs as required.
Qualifications
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in computer skills and data entry
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle high call volumes
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution of a team
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings and weekends if required
