Role Overview

We’re looking for a smart, reliable Café Manager who will oversee daily operations and make sure everything runs smoothly.

You’ll coordinate with the Inventory, Marketing, and Operations team while directly supervising the Barista and Sales Rep. You'll also support our growth across subscriptions, in-café sales, and customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily café operations and ensure high service standards.
• Supervise Barista & Sales Rep, and coordinate backend activities.
• Track and replenish stock with the Inventory Manager.
• Handle deliveries and vendor follow-ups.
• Liaise with printers for café materials.
• Monitor and report café sales and expenses.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming café space.
• Learn and support drink preparation as needed.
• Operate POS and basic tech tools.
• Assist with marketing activations and customer campaigns.
Be proactive in solving problems and improving efficiency.

Requirements

• OND or higher qualification.
• Minimum 1 year of supervisory or customer-facing experience.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination skills.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with new apps.
• Honest, proactive, and accountable.
• Willing to learn and adapt (including making café drinks).
• Experience in hospitality or small business operations is a plus.
