ROLE SUMMARY:
The Business Development Executive is responsible for managing and growing key client accounts (60%) while driving new business development (40%). The role focuses on strengthening client relationships, ensuring retention, identifying upselling opportunities, and expanding the company's market reach
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Key Account Management (60%)
- Maintain and strengthen long-term relationships with key clients.
- Identify and implement upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
- Ensure high client satisfaction and retention rates.
- Resolve client issues efficiently and proactively.
- Track key account performance and generate growth strategies.
- Business Development (40%)
- Identify and acquire new business opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategies to attract enterprise clients.
- Achieve sales and revenue growth targets.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and expansion opportunities.
- Build strategic partnerships and represent the firm at networking events.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Sales, Marketing, or related field.
- 2-4 years of experience in key account management & business development.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Proven ability to manage and grow high-value client accounts.
- Experience in talent marketplaces, HRTech, or recruitment is a must
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: Up to ₦350,000.00 per month
