Job Summary
- We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team.
- The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in sales or business development.

Key Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities to expand the company’s client base and market share
- Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve sales targets and revenue growth.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, partners, and stakeholders.
- Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, proposals, and pitches to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development, and operations) to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Negotiate contracts and close deals to secure profitable partnerships.
- Monitor and report on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.
- Attend industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to promote the company and generate leads. Stay updated on industry developments and emerging opportunities.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
- Proven experience (2 years) in business development, sales, or a similar role.
- Experience in the tech industry
- Strong understanding of market dynamics, customer behavior, and industry trends.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to think strategically and execute tactically.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.

N250,000 – N300,000 Monthly
