Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Analyst with years of experience to join our remote team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and is passionate about driving strategic insights and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will be skilled in research, strategy development, and cross-functional project delivery, with a keen eye for detail and the ability to manage multiple workstreams.
Key Responsibilities
1. Strategy & Business Analysis
- Conduct internal and external research to support strategic planning, market analysis, and growth initiatives.
- Translate data and insights into clear business recommendations and actionable plans.
- Collaborate with leadership on the development of business cases and strategic frameworks.
- Develop strategic documents such as business cases, pitch decks, and go-to-market plans.
- Translate complex data and research findings into clear recommendations and implementation roadmaps.
2. Business Operations & Reporting
- Develop, manage, and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency across teams.
- Create and maintain dashboards and reports to track KPIs and performance metrics.
- Provide actionable insights through regular business reviews and reporting.
3. Client Relationship Management
- Act as the main liaison between clients and internal teams throughout project lifecycles.
- Lead or coordinate weekly check-ins with clients, provide updates on project timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Understand client objectives and ensure that deliverables are aligned with business goals.
- Support client onboarding, relationship management, and ongoing communication.
4. Project & Tech Delivery Support
- Oversee the full delivery lifecycle of strategy, development, or transformation projects from planning to handover.
- Coordinate cross-functional project teams, including engineers, designers, and product leads, to ensure timely and quality execution.
- Monitor task progress, risks, and issues while keeping stakeholders informed and aligned.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation such as briefs, timelines, delivery schedules, and status reports.
- Support tech product delivery by gathering requirements, documenting workflows, and ensuring business alignment.
Qualifications
- 2–3 years of relevant experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
- Strong analytical and research skills, with experience in data interpretation and strategic planning.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a client-focused approach.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a remote, fast-paced setting.
- Proficiency with tools such as Excel/Google Sheets, PowerPoint/Slides, and project management tools (e.g., Trello, Asana, or Jira).
- Background in technical product development or digital product management is an added advantage.
