Job Position: Business Analyst
Job Location: Lagos
Employment Type: Full-time
Key Responsibilities
Accounting & Finance:
- Maintain accurate financial records and prepare financial statements.
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, budgeting, and cash flow.
- Conduct monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting.
- Liaise with auditors and ensure compliance with accounting standards.
Tax Management:
- Prepare and file tax returns in compliance with local regulations.
- Ensure timely payment of taxes and manage tax audits.
- Advise on tax planning and regulatory changes.
Human Resources:
- Manage employee records, payroll, and benefits administration.
- Support recruitment, onboarding, and performance management.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies.
Administration:
- Oversee office operations, procurement, and vendor management.
- Maintain corporate documentation and support governance processes.
- Coordinate internal communications and support executive leadership.
Key Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or related field.
- Professional certification (e.g., ACA, ACCA) is an added advantage.
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and tax regulations.
- Experience in HR and administrative functions.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office tools.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
