- Event Planning & Execution
Organize and manage offline marketing activities such as trade shows, roadshows, product launches, and in-store activations to boost brand visibility and engagement.
- Strategy Development
Develop and implement effective BTL marketing strategies to support overall brand goals, ensuring consistent and impactful offline brand presence.
- Market Research & Insights
Conduct on-ground market research to gather customer and industry insights, providing data-driven input to optimize offline campaigns.
- External Relationship Management
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, channel partners, agencies, and venue organizers to ensure smooth execution of BTL activities.
- POSM & OOH Execution
Oversee POSM (Point-of-Sale Materials) design, production, and distribution, as well as manage out-of-home (OOH) and in-store branding implementation
- At least 3 years in BTL marketing
- Rich network of offline marketing suppliers
- Solid understanding of POSM production workflows and quality control
- Familiarity with OOH placements and in-store branding best practices
- Excellent planning and execution skills for events, able to manage the whole process independently.
- Strong communication and coordination skills to manage resources effectively.
- Teamwork spirit, able to work under pressure.
- Strong interest and basic understanding of the solar industry
