Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and well-connected Brand & PR Analyst who will take ownership of driving growth, customer engagement, marketing, and event execution across all arms of Damal Business Ventures. This individual must already have an active network of clients, connections in the hospitality/entertainment industry, and a strong presence in relevant circles. The role requires creativity, strategic thinking, and strong interpersonal skills to curate impactful events, boost conversions, and build long-term customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Brand Analysis & Strategy
- Monitor and evaluate brand performance, awareness, and perception across online and offline platforms.
- Analyze competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for brand growth.
- Ensure brand consistency across all visual, written, and experiential touchpoints
Marketing Insights & Reporting
- Track engagement and performance metrics for campaigns and events.
- Conduct post-campaign analysis to measure ROI and audience reach.
- Provide monthly reports on brand health, sentiment analysis, and PR activities.
Event & Activation Support
- Assist in planning and promoting in-house and external events.
- Ensure brand visibility and positive representation during all public engagements.
Crisis Communication
- Monitor for potential PR risks and assist in managing timely, effective responses.
- Maintain a crisis communication playbook for the company.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, PR, or related field.
- 2–4 years’ experience in brand analysis, public relations, or marketing communications.
- Proficiency in analytics tools (Google Analytics, social listening tools, etc.).
- Strong writing, storytelling, and media relationship skills.
- Experience in hospitality, lifestyle, or entertainment industry is an advantage.
