General Description
We're seeking a creative and dynamic Brand Associate to join our team. The Brand Associate will be responsible for developing and executing content and social media strategies that enhance brand visibility, drive engagement, and support overall business goals. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of digital marketing, content creation, and analytics, with a focus on the fashion industry. The Brand Associate reports directly to the Brand Manager.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement creative content strategies tailored to brand objectives and audience preferences. Create engaging and visually appealing content for social media platforms, including graphics, videos, and copy.
- Ensure content aligns with the brand’s identity, messaging, and business goals.
- Collaborate with designers and photographers to produce high-quality visual assets.
- Manage day-to-day activities on the brand’s social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, Twitter, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Schedule and publish content consistently, optimizing for reach and engagement.
- Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries to foster community engagement.
- Develop campaigns, contests, and influencer collaborations to expand brand awareness.
- Use tools like Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, Power BI, or similar to track digital performance.
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rate, conversion rate, follower growth, and content reach.
- Prepare monthly reports, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with the sales, product development, and marketing teams to align content with overall business goals.
- Coordinate with external partners, influencers, and agencies to maximize marketing impact.
- Stay updated on fashion industry trends and adjust content strategies accordingly.
- Research and implement new digital trends, emerging social media platforms, and content best practices.
- Identify opportunities for brand expansion and engagement beyond traditional digital channels.
- Contribute innovative ideas to improve overall brand perception and market positioning.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in content creation and social media management.
- Proficiency in Canva, basic video editing, and content planning tools.
- Familiarity with social media analytics tools (Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Hootsuite, etc.).
- Strong knowledge of digital marketing and engagement strategies.
- Experience in the fashion industry is a plus.
- Excellent communication, organization, and creative thinking skills.
