Role Purpose
The purpose of a bowling alley attendant is to ensure the smooth operation of the bowling alley by providing excellent customer service, maintaining the cleanliness and safety of the facility, assisting with equipment setup and maintenance, and handling financial transactions. They are responsible for creating a positive and enjoyable experience for all customers and promoting a fun and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, they may also be responsible for organizing and coordinating bowling leagues, tournaments, and special events.

This includes setting up lanes, keeping score, assisting customers with equipment and ensuring a safe and enjoyable experience for all guests.
Bowling Alley Attendant Duties
- Greet and assist customers with selecting and checking in bowling equipment
- Ensure proper operation and maintenance of bowling lanes and equipment
- Collect and record fees for lane rentals and shoe rentals
- Monitor and enforce safety rules and regulations
- Provide instruction and tips to customers on proper bowling techniques
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of bowling alley and equipment
- Assist with organizing and hosting special events and parties
