Job Overview:
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced B2B Lead Generation Expert to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and generating new business leads in the international market, primarily in the USA and EU, for our software development services.
Key Responsibilities:
- Hunt for qualified leads in the USA, EU, and other international markets.
- Engage with potential leads for initial discussions to assess their needs and present our services.
- Schedule meetings between qualified leads and our sales team.
- Maintain an organized and updated lead tracking system.
- Consistently meet or exceed lead generation targets.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in B2B lead generation, preferably in the software development or tech services industry.
- Strong understanding of the international market, especially in the USA and EU.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and lead generation software is a plus.
Compensation:
- Base Salary: NGN 180,000/month.
