We are currently expanding our training and outreach efforts, and we’re looking for a passionate and visionary Art Education/Sales Manager to help us shape the future.
About the Role:
As the Art Education/Sales Manager , you’ll be at the heart of both our education and business development strategies. This hybrid role is perfect for someone who understands the art ecosystem and can champion both curriculum development and revenue generation .
You will lead efforts in growing our art training programs — for individual students and secondary schools — and play a key role in scaling our reach, student registration, and curriculum quality.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and grow our digital art training programs across all levels (Beginner to Advanced).
- Supervise and optimize training registrations made via our website and other partner channels.
- Lead school outreach initiatives to onboard secondary schools into our digital art education program.
- Evaluate and improve existing curricula and contribute to new program development.
- Identify and engage new prospects and partners to drive student enrollment and academy visibility.
- Collaborate with creative instructors, marketing teams, and the director to align vision and execution. Track performance, report progress, and ensure student satisfaction across training platforms.
What We’re Looking For:
- A strong passion for art education, business development , and innovation.
- Experience in curriculum development , sales , or education program management (bonus if within a creative field).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Entrepreneurial spirit – proactive, driven, and willing to grow with a startup.
- Familiarity with Nigerian secondary school systems is an added advantage. Ability to manage a remote team and juggle multiple responsibilities effectively.
