As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a passionate and highly organized Art & Culture Coordinator to help curate our creative calendar, collaborate with artists, and bring our brand’s artistic heartbeat to life.
This role is ideal for someone who lives and breathes the arts, has strong project coordination skills, and is excited about shaping the cultural soul of a hospitality space.
What You’ll Do:
Curate Artistic Programming:
Plan and coordinate a calendar of exhibitions, pop-ups, live art, installations, and creative events that reflect the Whispers brand and ethos.
Manage Artist & Creative Collaborations:
Source and liaise with local and international artists, creators, and performers. Handle communications, contracts, and logistics for art activations and partnerships.
Oversee Cultural Storytelling in the Space:
Collaborate with the design and marketing teams to weave storytelling into guest touchpoints — from menus and walls to events and merchandise.
Support Brand Culture & Internal Experiences:
Create internal programs that promote creative culture across the team (e.g. artist talks, design inspiration sessions, brand storytelling workshops).
Track Projects & Maintain Art Inventory:
Oversee setup and takedown of installations. Document and catalog all artworks and creative assets within the space. Ensure art safety and proper representation.
Who We’re Looking For:
- 2–4 years experience in cultural programming, creative project management, gallery coordination, or a related field
- A background in Art History, Creative Arts, Cultural Studies, or similar is preferred
- Excellent communication, coordination, and documentation skills
- Passion for visual arts, storytelling, hospitality, and brand culture
- Ability to work cross-functionally with marketing, kitchen, and service teams
