We are looking for experienced Architects and Civil Engineers to join our team — both full-time staff and freelancers (project-based). You’ll be involved in all phases of property development — from design and planning to execution and completion. Experience in 3D modeling and use of tools like AutoCAD, Revit, and SketchUp is highly preferred.

? 1. Architect – Job Description ?️ Key Responsibilities

• Design the aesthetic , functional , and spatial aspects of buildings.
• Develop 2D drawings and 3D renderings using AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, etc.
• Create architectural plans that meet client requirements, zoning regulations, and building codes.
• Select materials and finishes based on functionality, sustainability, and visual appeal.
• Present concepts to clients and make design adjustments based on feedback.
• Collaborate with engineers and contractors to ensure design feasibility and execution.
Visit sites to monitor construction and ensure designs are properly implemented.

✅ Requirements

• Degree (BSc, MSc, or HND) in Architecture or related field.
• Proficient in architectural design software: AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Lumion (or similar).
• Strong eye for design, layout, and user experience.
• Knowledge of building regulations, design principles, and sustainability.
• Portfolio showcasing previous architectural projects is required.
Creativity, attention to detail, and communication skills are essential.

?️ 2. Civil/Structural Engineer – Job Description ?️ Key Responsibilities

• Analyze architectural plans and translate them into structural plans.
• Design structural elements (e.g., foundations, columns, beams) for safety and durability.
• Perform load calculations and material strength testing to ensure structural integrity.
• Use AutoCAD, SAP2000, StaadPro, or similar tools for structural design and simulation.
• Oversee construction to ensure compliance with structural plans and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with architects and project managers to resolve technical challenges.
Conduct soil and site analysis, and supervise testing and inspection processes.

✅ Requirements

• Degree (BSc, MSc, or HND) in Civil or Structural Engineering.
• Experience with structural analysis tools (AutoCAD, StaadPro, SAP2000, etc.).
• Knowledge of engineering standards, codes (e.g., Eurocodes or BS), and construction materials.
• Strong math, physics, and analytical skills.
• Experience working with contractors, surveyors, and construction teams.
Ability to manage risk, budgets, and timelines on-site.
