We are looking for a skilled and innovative AI Engineer to design, develop, and optimize AI-powered solutions that enhance our products and services. The ideal candidate will have experience building and refining triage and prediction models, integrating AI into backend systems, and collaborating closely with cross-functional teams to deliver impactful, scalable solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and deploy AI/ML models for triage, prediction, and decision support.
- Optimize existing models for accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.
- Integrate AI solutions into backend services and APIs.
- Work closely with software engineers, product managers, and data teams to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Conduct data preprocessing, feature engineering, and model validation.
- Monitor model performance and retrain when necessary.
- Research and implement emerging AI/ML technologies to improve product capabilities.
- Maintain clear documentation of AI models, workflows, and integration processes.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with cloud AI services (AWS, Azure, GCP).
- Knowledge of MLOps practices and tools (e.g., MLflow, Kubeflow).
- Experience with NLP, computer vision, or deep learning projects.
