Job Description/Requirements
The Agency Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the sales operations, team performance, and business growth within the assigned region. This role requires a dynamic leader with a deep understanding of the real estate market, strong management skills, and the ability to drive sales teams toward achieving and exceeding targets.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales & Business Development
- Develop and implement sales strategies to meet and exceed company targets.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency’s market presence.
- Monitor market trends and adjust strategies accordingly.
2. Team Leadership & Management
- Recruit, train, and manage sales agents to optimize performance.
- Set clear targets and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for the team.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, coaching, and performance evaluations.
3. Client & Relationship Management
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, investors, and partners.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and service excellence.
- Oversee negotiations and closing of high-value property deals.
4. Operational & Administrative Management
- Ensure compliance with real estate laws and company policies.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and financial transactions.
- Report sales performance and market insights to senior management.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum 2 years of real estate experience with proven sales success.
- Management Skills: Previous experience in a managerial or supervisory role.
- Location: Must reside around the island for easy accessibility and market knowledge.
- Certification: Must have relevant real estate certifications and licenses.
- Skills: Strong leadership, negotiation, and communication skills.
