Triple X Environmental Health Consult is a Nigerian firm registered with CAC for the purpose of rendering professional consultancy services to local and state governments in the areas of food sanitation, pest and vector control, waste management, environmental impact assessment, etc.

We are recruiting to fill the position below:

Job Position: Administrative Assistant
Job Location: Abuja
Job Type: Full-time

Responsibilities


  • Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks, including filing, data entry, and record-keeping.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
  • Assist with project management tasks, such as tracking deadlines and deliverables.
  • Provide support to managers and employees as needed.
  • Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements

  • Graduate with a BSc or an HND
  • Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively.
  • Strong organisational and time management skills.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
