Our client, an Africa’s leading modeling agency, is seeking a highly organized and dynamic Administrative & Marketing Officer to join our team. This role combines administration, marketing, and model booking support—ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced, fashion-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
Administration & Office Support
- Oversee daily office operations, schedules, and logistics.
- Manage contracts, correspondence, and maintain client/model databases.
- Provide administrative support to management and booking teams.
Marketing & Business Development
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to strengthen the agency’s visibility.
- Build partnerships with fashion brands, production houses, and event organizers.
- Assist in organizing castings, photo shoots, and fashion events.
- Research market trends and identify new business opportunities.
Model Booking & Client Relations
- Coordinate model bookings, castings, and job schedules.
- Negotiate rates, confirm availabilities, and oversee booking logistics.
- Maintain excellent relationships with clients while ensuring professional communication.
- Support model development by keeping portfolios and materials updated.
Requirements
- 2–3 years’ experience in administration, marketing, or model booking.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong business writing skills.
- Background in fashion, media, or related industries is an advantage.
