The Admin Intern supports administrative operations by monitoring stock levels, managing customer orders and feedback, ensuring smooth production schedules, and handling content and social media activities. This role ensures efficiency in customer service, delivery processes, and product inventory management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage customer orders from start to finish, ensuring timely confirmations, full payments, and smooth deliveries.
- Monitor stock levels and expiry dates in all outlets to prevent shortages or product waste.
- Coordinate with the production team to align schedules with customer orders and maintain quality standards.
- Support sales by expanding corporate accounts and following up on product performance and client engagement.
- Assist with admin tasks, content creation, social media management, and weekend sales activities.
Requirements:
- Must have a degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proficiency in advanced Excel and basic graphic design tools is required.
- Strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset are essential.
- Should be self-motivated, able to solve problems, and perform well under pressure.
- Must be organized, tech-savvy, and willing to support various business and marketing tasks.
