We are seeking dedicated and enthusiastic NYSC Corps Members to join our team as Admin Executive . In this role, you will assist with administrative tasks, support daily operations, and ensure efficient workflow within the organization. This is a great opportunity for Corps Members looking for a PPA to gain hands-on experience in administration.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and maintaining administrative records and filing systems.
- Manage phone calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner.
- Support scheduling, meeting coordination, and calendar management.
- Handle data entry, document processing, and other clerical tasks.
- Collaborate with different departments to streamline administrative processes.
- Ensure timely follow-ups on assigned tasks and maintain task tracking reports. Contribute to office efficiency by assisting with general administrative duties.
Requirements:
- NYSC Corps Members currently seeking a PPA .
- Must be serving in Abeokuta, Ogun State.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and basic IT skills.
