Job Summary
We are looking for an Accounts/Financial Controller who will be responsible for the day-to-day Financial Operations activity of KGDN with an Accounts/Finance Officer. The Accounts/Financial Controller reports to the CEO and must have good Financial Management knowledge.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Design and develop a Financial Management and Accounting service structure.
- Provide Financial Management Advisory services to the Board.
- Set up an Accounting system that supports key pillars for all business operations.
- Provide Statutory Audit services.
- Provide Internal Audit and Risk Management services.
- Provide Tax Management Support and Advisory services.
- Proficiency in a Financial Management Software System.
- Implement business process re-engineering and Business risk management services.
- Provide Financial Document Control and Coordination Services.
- An accounting system for effective and efficient operations.
- That all tax-related issues are addressed to enable smooth and continuous company operations.
- That all tax liabilities are reconciled and settled without any business disruptions.
- That all transactions are effectively captured in the company books and correctly treated.
- That all necessary relevant documentary evidence for operational activity is put in place and archived.
- That processes for capturing all day-to-day transactions before the year-end audit are regularly implemented. That effective and efficient financial record and document-keeping procedures are maintained at all times.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience
- BSc. Degree in a relevant course of study
