Summary
- This award, which is open to all first and second year full-time undergraduate students, irrespective of course of study, is aimed at assisting Nigerian students in financing their education.
- The scheme provides an annual scholarship grant to successful candidates from the year of award to the completion of their undergraduate program.
Eligibility
To qualify for consideration, applicants must be:
- Be a registered FULL-TIME undergraduate student in a NUC-accredited Nigerian University
- Be a certified 100 or 200 level student at the time of this application
- Have scored at least 200 in the UTME
- For 200 level students: have a minimum CGPA of 2.5 in a 5.0 grade system
The following categories of students need not apply:
- Students who scored less than 200 in the UTME
- 200 level students with a CGPA of less than 2.5 in a 5.0 grade system
- 300 level students or higher
- Students who are current beneficiaries of similar scholarships from an entity in the oil and gas industry.
