Reporting To: Plant Head / Factory Coordinator

Salary: Competitive – As per industry standards

Manufacturing sector (Building materials or ceramics) experience is required

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced and proactive Warehouse Shift Incharge to join our Operations team. The ideal candidate will bring hands-on warehouse management expertise, preferably from the building materials or ceramics industry, and a strong grasp of ERP systems and warehouse process optimization.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Ensure all warehouse processes follow SOPs and support operational governance

✅ Oversee timely and well-controlled inwards/outwards movement of goods

✅ Ensure accurate loading of trucks as per sales orders

✅ Maintain compliance with ERP processes and timely system entries

✅ Supervise and coordinate with drivers, loaders, and warehouse staff

✅ Prevent breakages, maintain organized and safe inventory storage

✅ Conduct regular physical stock verifications (Preferred)

✅ Maintain accurate inventory records and documentation

✅ Exposure to barcoding, stretch hooding, or automation is an added advantage.

What We’re Looking For

Education: HND/Bachelor's degree required

Professional Expertise:

• Minimum 5-7 years of relevant warehouse experience

• Total 5 years of experience in a manufacturing environment preferred

️ Preferred Industries: Ceramics/ Similar manufacturing sectors

ERP Knowledge: Familiarity with Orion or similar systems

Skills: Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving mindset
