Role Description
We’re looking for a talented Visual Designer to join our dynamic in-house creative team. This is a full-time role based in Lagos, with flexible work-from-home options.
As a Visual Designer, you’ll help shape how CCI communicates visually across print, digital, social, and environmental platforms. You’ll collaborate across departments to create visual assets that inspire, inform, and engage our global audience—while maintaining consistency with our brand and message.
Key Responsibilities
- Design creative assets for campaigns, sermon series, events, and social media.
- Build and maintain a consistent, evolving visual identity for CCI
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Content, Publicity, Tech, etc.) to deliver unified visual outcomes
- Create visuals for web, mobile, print, merchandise, motion content
- Translate briefs into compelling designs aligned with our message and audience Maintain organised design systems and uphold brand guidelines
Qualifications
- Strong portfolio across branding, layout, social media, and web/mobile design
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma
- Solid understanding of design principles, typography, and visual hierarchy
- Able to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and take feedback well
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Comfortable in fast-paced, ministry-driven environments
- Experience in non-profit or faith-based settings is a plus Degree in Visual Communication, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
