You are responsible for helping the greater team from the strategic planning to the execution of high quality engaging content across social media and digital platforms. You’ll work closely with the team to produce materials ranging from; graphics, short-form videos, animations, marketing campaign visuals and more.

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Be a problem solver, make quick decisions when times demand it, take initiative and be creative should the need arise.
- Be able to collaborate and work closely within the multidisciplinary team from diverse fields and sectors.
- Design high-quality graphics (social media posts, campaign banners, infographics, ads, etc.)
- Create short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, LinkedIn, etc.
- Edit longer video content (event recaps, interviews, explainer videos).
- Develop and maintain brand visual identity across all content.
- Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and storyboard creative content ideas.
- Animate content (basic motion graphics & text animations).
- Optimise content for different platforms and audiences.
- Manage media assets and maintain a content library.
Stay updated with visual, design, and social media content trends.
Requirements:
- 3 years of experience in exceptional graphic design work across the materials shared above
- High level of flexibility
- Proficiency in design tools: Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro), or alternatives like Canva, Figma, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve.
- Experience with video editing (cutting, transitions, sound, subtitles, effects).
- Strong motion graphics & animation ability (basic to intermediate).
- Understanding of social media platforms and content best practices.
- Creative thinking & ability to translate ideas into visuals.
- Strong sense of aesthetics, colour, typography, and layout.
- Attention to detail & ability to meet deadlines.
- Photography and/or videography experience is a plus.
- Experience in branding, marketing, or communications is an added advantage.
