Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Veterinarian Doctor Intern located in Iseyin. The Veterinarian Doctor Intern will be responsible for daily medical care of the livestock, conducting health assessments, diagnosing and treating illnesses, administering vaccinations, and providing advice on animal nutrition and care. The role will also involve keeping detailed records of treatments, managing health programs, and collaborating with other staff to ensure the well-being of the animals.
Qualifications
- Clinical skills with a focus on diagnosing and treating animal illnesses
- Experience in administering vaccinations and conducting health assessments
- Knowledge of animal nutrition and care
- Strong record-keeping and documentation skills
- Ability to work on-site and collaborate with diverse teams
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Degree in Veterinary Medicine or related field Experience in farm settings or livestock management is a plus
