Job description
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Van Sales Representative to drive product sales, manage direct distribution, and grow retail presence within assigned territories. The ideal candidate will combine strong sales skills with good driving ability, product knowledge, and relationship-building skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Sell and distribute company products to retail outlets, wholesalers, and key customers along assigned routes
- Drive the company van safely and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery of products
- Meet or exceed daily/weekly/monthly sales targets
- Maintain and grow customer base by identifying new opportunities and developing existing accounts
- Ensure proper stock handling, inventory management, and accurate reconciliation of sales and cash
- Report market intelligence such as competitor activity, pricing, and customer feedback
- Ensure proper display and visibility of products at retail locations
- Maintain proper documentation of sales, invoices, and daily reports
- Comply with company policies, health and safety standards, and road regulations. Skills & Attributes:
- Strong selling, negotiation, and customer service skills
- Good numerical and record-keeping ability
- Reliable, honest, and physically fit to manage loading/unloading where necessary
- Excellent time management and ability to work under pressure
- Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance is a plus

Pay: ₦70,000.00 per month
