As a Valuation Associate, you will play a key role in delivering accurate valuations, feasibility studies, and highest & best use analyses that shape real estate decisions for our clients.
What we’re looking for:
✔️ Bachelor’s degree in Estate Management
✔️ Minimum 5 years’ experience in valuation
✔️ Registered with ESVARBON
✔️ Strong financial modeling & valuation skills
✔️ Market-savvy with an eye for trends
✨ RICS or FIABCI membership is a big plus!
