Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and effective lessons to upper primary students, fostering a love for learning.
- Develop and implement innovative teaching strategies to enhance student understanding and performance.
- Create a positive, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment that encourages student participation.
- Assess and monitor student progress, providing constructive feedback and tailored support.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school leadership to support student development and school goals.
- Contribute to extracurricular activities and school events to promote holistic student growth.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Experience: Minimum of 4 years of proven teaching experience in a reputable primary school, preferably with upper primary students (Grades 4-6).
- Location: Must reside within the Meiran, Command, or Abule Egba axis of Lagos State.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Education, Primary Education, or a related field (NCE or PGDE acceptable with strong experience).
- Skills: Strong communication, classroom management, and interpersonal skills to inspire and engage students.
- Innovation: Enthusiasm for adopting creative teaching methods and integrating modern educational tools.
- Knowledge: Familiarity with the Nigerian primary school curriculum and assessment standards.
- Commitment: Dedication to fostering academic and personal growth in a dynamic school environment.
