Role Overview
We’re on the lookout for a highly talented UI/UX & Product Designer with strong visual storytelling abilities, a solid foundation in user-centered design, and demonstrated expertise in 3D and illustration work. You’ll play a key role in shaping product experiences across web and mobile platforms—from design systems and wireframes to animations, interactive UI components, and compelling visual assets.
Key Responsibilities
- Design user-centered, intuitive, and visually compelling interfaces for web and mobile products
- Own the full design process: research, wireframes, prototypes, visuals, and assets
- Integrate 3D design elements and custom illustrations to enhance engagement and interactivity
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, and content creators to bring features to life
- Build and maintain scalable design systems, UI kits, and brand visual standards
- Translate abstract ideas into detailed design concepts that align with business and user goals
- Communicate and defend design decisions in a clear and persuasive manner
- Keep pace with emerging design trends, tools, and technologies
Key Skills & Experience
- 3+ years of experience designing user interfaces and digital product experiences
- A strong portfolio demonstrating UI/UX work with clear examples of 3D/illustration integration (submission required with application)
- Proficiency in design tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Illustrator, Photoshop, etc.
- Hands-on experience with 3D tools like Spline, Blender, or similar
- Solid understanding of design principles, interaction design, and responsive design
- Strong illustration skills, custom iconography, and ability to create visual assets from scratch
- High attention to detail and a structured design process
- Ability to work fast and meet deadlines in a startup-paced environment
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Nice-to-Have
- Motion design and animation experience (e.g. Lottie, After Effects, Framer Motion)
- Experience working on EdTech, fintech, social applications, Web3 or crypto-related products
- Familiarity with HTML/CSS or working closely with front-end teams
- Knowledge of WebGL, Three.js, or interactive 3D interfaces
