Role Overview
We are seeking a UI/UX Designer to craft intuitive, user-friendly, and visually engaging experiences across our digital products. You will work closely with developers and strategists to translate complex ideas into designs that are simple, accessible, and scalable.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct user research, define personas, and create user journeys.
Develop wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups.
Collaborate with developers to ensure design feasibility and accurate implementation.
Design responsive layouts for web and mobile platforms.
Create reusable design systems, style guides, and component libraries.
Apply principles of accessibility, usability, and inclusive design.
Collect and analyze user feedback to improve interfaces and overall experience.
Maintain a balance between aesthetics and functionality, in line with Thinking Forge’s values.
Qualifications
Proven experience as a UI/UX Designer with a strong portfolio.
Proficiency in Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar design tools.
Strong understanding of design principles, typography, and color theory.
Experience with user research, usability testing, and accessibility standards.
Familiarity with responsive design and component-driven design systems.
Ability to communicate design ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Added Advantage: Basic knowledge of frontend technologies (HTML, CSS, React/Next.js) to ease developer handoff.
