Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Manage full travel services flight bookings, hotel reservations, and travel itineraries using GDS platforms (Amadeus, Sabre, or Galileo).
- Process visa applications for key destinations, including Schengen countries, Canada, the UK, the USA, and other regions as required.
- Handle e-visa applications accurately and efficiently for eligible countries.
- Process study, work, and tourism visa applications end-to-end, including documentation and embassy appointment.
- Advise clients on travel regulations, visa requirements, and entry protocols for various destinations.
- Provide accurate and timely travel consultancy services to corporate and individual clients.
- Stay updated on visa policies, travel restrictions, and immigration requirements.
- Ensure proper documentation, tracking, and follow-up on each client’s application process until successful completion Collaborate with other departments to deliver seamless travel experiences.

- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Excellent communication and client advisory skills.
- Ability to handle multiple clients and applications simultaneously.
- High attention to detail and accuracy in documentation.
