Responsibilities:

• Design high-quality, engaging thumbnails for videos, articles, and other digital content across multiple platforms (e.g., YouTube, social media, streaming services).
• Collaborate with content creators to capture the essence of the video or post in a single image.
• Understand viewers’ psychology to design thumbnails that appeal to curiosity and emotions.
• Ability to create 3D-style thumbnails using AI-powered tools.
• Use AI-powered tools to generate and enhance eye-catching thumbnail designs.
• Create unique, creative thumbnails that stand out when compared to competitors’ designs.
• Ensure thumbnails are optimized for click-through rate (CTR) by applying principles of color theory, typography, composition, and contrast.
• Stay up-to-date with trends in thumbnail design and platform algorithm changes.
• Work with brand guidelines to maintain a consistent look and feel across all content.
• Edit and manipulate images, screenshots, and still frames to produce compelling visuals.
Test and refine designs based on performance analytics.

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Thumbnail Designer, Graphic Designer, or similar role.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, Canva, or equivalent.
• Ability to create 3D-style thumbnails using AI-powered tools.
• Strong understanding of visual hierarchy, typography, and branding.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines and adapt to quick turnaround times.
• Familiarity with YouTube, Twitch, and social media content strategies is a plus.
• Portfolio showcasing previous thumbnail or digital design work.
