Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Deliver engaging and well-structured lessons aligned with the school’s curriculum and academic standards
- Prepare lesson plans, instructional materials, and assessments to evaluate student performance
- Foster a positive, disciplined, and inclusive classroom environment
- Support students’ academic and personal development through mentorship and guidance
- Collaborate with colleagues, school administrators, and parents to support student learning
- Participate in staff meetings, training, and other school activities Maintain accurate records of student attendance, progress, and performance
Requirements:
- Minimum of NCE, B.Ed., or equivalent qualification in Education or related field
- Strong classroom management and communication skills
- Previous teaching experience is an advantage, but not compulsory Passion for helping students achieve their full potential
