As we expand, we are seeking a Talent Manager who will manage talent relationships, develop business opportunities, and translate creative ideas into impactful projects.
Job Summary
The Talent Manager will manage assigned talents by identifying business opportunities and supporting creative projects from ideation to execution. This individual will brainstorm new initiatives, nurture partnerships, and work with internal teams to bring innovative ideas to life, strengthening One Stop’s position as a hub for creators and brands.
Key Responsibilities
Talent Management & Relationship Building
- Identify, onboard, and manage talent (content creators, influencers, and creative professionals).
- Maintain strong relationships with talent, ensuring alignment with One Stop’s brand and initiatives. Coordinate talent participation in campaigns, productions, and partnerships.
Business Development & Partnerships
- Research and identify new business opportunities and industry trends.
- Develop and pitch proposals to potential partners, brands, and collaborators. Support revenue growth through strategic partnerships and client acquisition.
Creative Ideation & Project Execution
- Brainstorm and conceptualize innovative ideas for campaigns, productions, and collaborations.
- Work with creative and production teams to bring ideas to life, from planning to execution. Ensure all projects align with One Stop’s brand and deliver tangible impact.
Content & Campaign Support
- Support the development and distribution of branded content across digital and offline channels.
- Collaborate with the internal team to amplify talent-led campaigns and partnerships. Track and report performance metrics for talent and partnership initiatives.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of experience in talent management, business development, or creative industry roles.
- Proven experience managing talent or executing creative partnerships.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Ability to think strategically and execute ideas efficiently.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in digital media, creative production, or entertainment industries.
- Familiarity with social media trends, influencer marketing, and content ecosystems. Project management and content production experience.
