Job Summary

Job Description/Requirements
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and deliver lessons in accordance with the curriculum and learning objectives.
- Develop and implement instructional materials and teaching aids to enhance student learning.
- Assess and evaluate students’ progress through assignments, tests, and examinations.
- Provide constructive feedback to students and maintain accurate academic records.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment conducive to learning.
- Manage classroom behaviour in line with school policies and maintain discipline.
- Collaborate with colleagues, parents, and school administrators to support student learning.
- Participate in school events, staff meetings, training sessions, and professional development.
- Adapt teaching methods and materials to meet the varying needs and interests of students. Stay up to date with developments in education and subject matter expertise.
Requirements:
- First degree in Education (desirable) or equivalent years of experience
- Additional qualification (desirable)
- Teaching experience at primary and secondary school settings
- Using ICT to facilitate teaching and learning Good Communication skills
