We are seeking a highly organized, business-savvy, and proactive professional to act as a strategic partner to the CEO, managing diverse business operations, projects, and key relationships across multiple ventures. The ideal candidate must provide executive support, operational oversight, strategic initiatives, and relationship management to drive growth and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the CEO’s calendar, travel, meetings, and communications to ensure optimal time use and preparedness.
- Oversee daily operations, process improvements, and project delivery across multiple business units.
- Collaborate on business growth strategies, including market research and new venture planning.
- Lead hiring processes from job description creation to candidate selection and onboarding.
- Maintain and nurture strategic relationships by managing the CEO’s personal and professional network.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Economics, or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 3–7 years in a demanding role such as Executive Assistant, Operations Manager, or Project Coordinator.
- Proven ability to manage complex schedules, travel arrangements, and high-level correspondence.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills with high emotional intelligence.
- Proficiency in productivity tools, project management software, and a willingness to work in Ibadan.

Pay: ₦150,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
