Role Description
- Lead the design, installation, and maintenance of boiler systems, ensuring optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Conduct thorough evaluations of existing boiler systems and recommend enhancements or replacements to improve efficiency and reliability.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement boiler operation procedures, maintenance schedules, and safety protocols.
- Perform detailed thermal and fluid dynamics calculations to optimize boiler performance and energy consumption.
- Act as a mentor to junior engineers, guiding technical challenges and professional development. Stay abreast of industry trends and technologies to inform strategic decision-making and continuous improvement initiatives
Qualifications
- Power Generation, Steam, and Power Systems expertise
- Knowledge of Wind Energy systems
- Electrical Engineering skills
- Experience in designing, installing, and maintaining industrial power systems
- Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Excellent communication and organizational skills Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field
