Role Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Speech Therapist with at least 2 years of experience and hands-on expertise in oral motor therapy. The ideal candidate should be passionate about helping children with speech, language, and communication difficulties achieve their fullest potential.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess students’ speech, language, and communication needs.
- Design and implement individualized therapy plans.
- Provide oral motor therapy and other evidence-based interventions to improve speech and communication outcomes.
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support holistic child development.
- Track, document, and review students’ progress, making adjustments as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years proven experience as a Speech Therapist.
- Strong knowledge and hands-on experience with oral motor therapy.
- Degree in Speech Therapy, Speech & Language Pathology, or related field.
- Excellent communication, patience, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a multidisciplinary team.
Salary:
₦130,000 – ₦150,000 monthly (depending on experience and expertise).
