Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Lead Spa Therapist who will also serve as the Spa Supervisor, overseeing daily operations and ensuring the highest standards of treatment delivery and guest satisfaction. This dual-role professional will provide exceptional spa services while managing therapist schedules, inventory, cleanliness, and overall guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Therapy & Treatment:

• Perform a wide range of spa treatments including massage therapy, facials, body treatments, and other specialized services as required.
• Maintain professional and personalized service delivery in accordance with company standards.
• Consult with clients to understand their needs and recommend appropriate treatments.
Maintain knowledge of spa trends and recommend new services or techniques.

Supervision & Operations:

• Supervise daily spa operations, ensuring smooth scheduling, staff punctuality, and client satisfaction.
• Assist in training, mentoring, and evaluating spa therapists and support staff.
• Monitor and ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and maintenance of treatment rooms and spa areas.
• Oversee product inventory, ordering, and usage control.
• Handle client feedback, complaints, and service recovery professionally.
Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.

Administrative & Reporting:

• Coordinate staff schedules, breaks, and shift rotations.
• Prepare daily, weekly, or monthly reports on service usage, customer satisfaction, and staff performance.
• Assist in developing treatment protocols and promotional packages.
Support the spa manager in budget tracking and revenue growth strategies.

Requirements

• Proven experience of supervising a Commercial Spa
• Competent IT skill
• Excellent customer service skills with a proven track record of customer service achievements
• Excellent planning and organizational skills, embracing a proactive approach to work issues
• An eye for detail and impeccably high standards
• Able to build and maintain relationships with colleagues and customers, with strong focus on their needs
• Personal integrity and confidentiality
Flexibility to work a variety of shifts in line with the needs of the business
