Job Summary:
The Solar Sales Executive will be responsible for generating sales leads, developing strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets for our solar energy products and services. The role requires excellent communication, market knowledge, and the ability to deliver tailored energy solutions to clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and develop new business opportunities for solar energy solutions
- Engage prospective clients and provide technical and commercial information about solar products
- Conduct site visits, assess energy needs, and recommend suitable solar solutions
- Prepare and deliver proposals, quotations, and presentations to clients
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Maintain strong after-sales relationships and ensure customer satisfaction
- Provide feedback on market trends and competitor activities
Requirements:
- Minimum of OND/HND/BSc in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field
- Proven sales experience, preferably in renewable energy or similar technical field
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and achieve sales targets
- Good knowledge of solar energy solutions (an advantage)
- Willingness to travel and meet clients
