- Generate creative and compelling content for various social media platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Threads, Twitter, and LinkedIn.
- Collaborate with different departments to gather information and showcase the school's achievements, events, and educational initiatives.
Community Engagement:
- Foster positive interactions with the school community, parents, students, and alumni through active engagement on social media.
- Respond promptly to comments, messages, and inquiries while maintaining a consistent and positive brand voice.
Monitoring and Analytics:
- Monitor social media trends, tools, and applications to stay ahead of industry changes and emerging platforms.
- Use analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of social media campaigns and report on key performance indicators.
Brand Management:
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all social media channels.
- Implement and enforce social media guidelines to maintain the school's reputation and uphold brand standards.
Event Promotion:
- Collaborate with event organizers to create and implement social media campaigns to promote school events.
- Live-tweet, post updates, and share highlights during major school functions.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the marketing and admissions team to integrate social media into broader marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with teachers, staff, and students to feature their accomplishments and contributions on social media.
