About the Role:
We are hiring two experienced Social Media Managers to lead our digital communication efforts. The ideal candidates will shape and drive our social media strategy, create compelling content, and build a strong, cohesive online presence across various platforms.
Job Purpose:
To manage and grow the company's online brand through strategic content development, digital engagement, and performance tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage monthly content calendars
- Create and publish engaging multimedia content (graphics, videos, etc.)
- Build and manage online communities and engage followers
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to optimize campaigns
- Run and manage paid social media campaigns and ad promotions
- Stay updated on social media tools, trends, and best practices
Requirements & Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, or a related field
- 3+ years proven experience managing brand social media accounts
- Strong copywriting, visual storytelling, and content creation skills
- Proficiency with social scheduling and analytics tools (e.g., Buffer, Hootsuite, Meta Suite)
- Working knowledge of SEO, content trends, and digital marketing strategies
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
