Job Position: Social Media Manager
Job Location: Lagos

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy aligned with overall business goals.
- Conduct competitive research and audience analysis to inform content and campaigns.
- Create and manage engaging content (text, image, video) across platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter/X).
- Develop and maintain a content calendar.
- Monitor and engage in relevant conversations to build community and brand loyalty.
- Manage user-generated content and influencer collaborations.
- Analyse key metrics and report on social media performance (reach, engagement, conversions, etc.).
- Use analytics tools (e.g., Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Sprout Social) to measure success and adjust strategies accordingly.
- Stay aligned with other digital marketing efforts (email, SEO, content marketing).
- Develop and execute content strategies across all major social media platforms of the organization.
- Plan and execute social media advertising campaigns (paid social).
- Track ROI and optimize ads for performance.
- Create high-quality, engaging, and original content.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, Journalism, or a related field (preferred).
- 3 - 5 years of proven experience in social media management or digital marketing.
- Strong content creation and storytelling skills
- Deep familiarity with Instagram and other platforms' growth strategies.
- Portfolio or examples of past successful campaigns and content.
Salary
N240,000 - N250,000 Monthly.
