Responsibilities
- Your duties will be ablend of creativity, strategic, and analytical tasks.
- Creativity and production duties-You'll create, edit, and publish daily content (like posts, videos, and stories) across all our social media channels (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.).
- Planning and strategizing: Develop a content calendar and a social media strategy that aligns with our goals. You'll plan what we post and when we post it.
- Communality and engagement duties : Respond to comments, messages, and questions in a friendly, helpful, and timely manner.
- Measure what works: Track and analyze how our content is performing using simple analytics tools. You'll share what's working and what we can improve.
- Manage campaigns: Run social media campaigns and contests to boost engagement and grow our audience.
Education & Experience
- A Degree from a reputable university with theright skills and experience.
- Proven experience managing social media accounts for a brand or organization.
Skills needed:
- Natural Creator: You must have a passion for writing catchy captions, designing eye-catching visuals, and shooting great videos.
- Social media savvy: You know how each social media platform works and what kind of content thrives on each one.
- Detail-oriented: You havekeen eye for spelling, grammar, and a consistent brand voice.
- Great communicator:Ability toexpress ideas clearly and have a friendly, engaging tone.
- Creative and innovative:Thinkingof new and exciting ways to engage our audience.
