Job Summary
We are looking for a results-driven Social Media Ad Manager to oversee and execute paid advertising campaigns across all social media platforms. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with performance marketing, a strong understanding of audience targeting, and a passion for data-driven decision-making. Your mission will be to drive user acquisition, increase engagement, and maximize ROI on all ad spends.
Key Responsibilities
- Plan, create, and manage paid ad campaigns on platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, TikTok, Google, and on few other social media platforms we run.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on campaign performance, optimizing based on key KPIs (e.g., CTR, CPA, ROAS).
- Track Feedback from AD's, to indicate how many sign-up came from a particular ad campaign
- A/B test creatives, targeting, and ad formats to improve ad effectiveness.
- Collaborate with the content, design, and marketing teams to develop engaging and high-converting ad creatives.
- Stay up to date on platform policies, trends, and best practices to ensure compliance and efficiency.
- Track budgets and adjust bids to deliver maximum performance within allocated spend.
- Implement retargeting strategies and conversion tracking using tools like Facebook Pixel, Google Tags, etc.
- Contribute ideas for growth campaigns and user acquisition strategies.
Requirements
- Proven experience managing social media ad campaigns, preferably in the betting, fintech, or e-commerce sector.
- Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager, TikTok Ads, Google Ads, and other platforms.
- Data-savvy with experience using analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, etc.
- Excellent copy writing and visual content judgment skills.
- Strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Creative mindset with a performance-driven attitude.
Nice to Have
- Experience in the betting/gaming industry or working with similar digital products.
- Familiarity with influencer marketing and community engagement tactics.
- Knowledge of SEO, organic social growth, or email marketing.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₦100,000.00 - ₦200,000.00 per month
